Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Chennai. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote our facility management services, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns. The role includes maintaining accurate records of conversations, following up with prospects, and achieving set targets. Effective communication and a professional demeanor are essential for this role. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet targets and work under pressure High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communication or related field is a plus Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is beneficial
