Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services
 Handle inbound calls & customer inquiries to provide product information Maintain accurate records of calls made and sales generated

Requirements:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to meet sales targets Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
