Tele caller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. The role involves promoting company products/services, following up with potential customers, and achieving call and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain call quality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and regional languages (as required).
• Ability to handle rejections and work towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,980.24 - ₹36,800.34 per month
