Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, following up on customer inquiries, and providing product information. Additional tasks include maintaining a database of customer calls, logging details, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency in verbal communication and active listening skills
Experience in customer relationship management and telecalling
Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
High level of patience and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Fluency in English and local languages (Bengali, Hindi) preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
