Headquartered in Guwahati, Vulcan Insurance mainly serves clients across the North Eastern Region, providing a range of solutions to meet diverse insurance and financial needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Guwahati. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, addressing their insurance-related inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on potential customers, promoting company services, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in phone-based interactions
Basic knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain services
Skills in customer relationship management and addressing client queries promptly
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing tasks independently
Proficiency in regional languages and English is preferred
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
