Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Rajkot. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. Key daily tasks include explaining products or services according to customer needs, answering inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining call records, and working collaboratively with the sales team to generate leads and close sales. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in effective verbal communication and active listening
Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers
Customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and team collaboration capabilities
Previous experience in a tele-calling, telesales, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
Fluency in regional languages alongside English is a plus
