Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Meerut for a female Tele caller role at Suman Electricals - India. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to provide product information, address inquiries, and promote sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may also involve resolving customer queries and contributing to lead generation and sales growth. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling sales-related inquiries and providing product information Basic knowledge of customer relationship management and proficiency in using telecommunication tools Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Hindi and English for effective client communication Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is a plus Graduate or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
