We are looking for an ambitious and resilient individual to drive our international client acquisition from Kolkata. Key Responsibilities * Global Client Outreach (Outbound): Proactively contact international businesses and prospects (B2B) via cold/warm calling to introduce Zenith's professional outsourcing services (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax, Payroll). * Lead Qualification & Pitching: Conduct effective discovery calls to understand the client's business needs, pain points, and requirements for outsourcing financial services. * Sales Closure: Persuasively present the benefits and value proposition of Zenith's tailored solutions, handle objections, and efficiently close sales deals over the phone. * Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and final client closures. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Requirements * Location: Kolkata, West Bengal. * Technology: Must possess a personal laptop/PC with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional headset (A dedicated WFH setup is mandatory). * Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) to effectively cover international time zones (US/UK/AU/etc.). * Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (Clear, professional, and neutral global accent is a must). * Experience: Prior experience (6 months+) in International Outbound Calling, Tele-sales, or BPO is strongly preferred, especially in a B2B or financial/service sales environment. * Aptitude: Goal-oriented, highly persuasive, resilient, and possess a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
