Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role located on-site in Chennai at SDCE Facilities Management Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills
• Experience in account management
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Knowledge of facilities management industry is a plus
