Shift: Day Shift only

Shift Time: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or has up to one year of experience and is eager to grow their career in business development. You will help identify sales leads, manage client relationships, and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Help maintain CRM systems and update lead and client data accurately.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.
• Support proposal and pitch preparation with relevant data and documentation.
• Maintain a good understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
• Prepare basic sales reports and performance metrics for internal review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent)
• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools (preferred ).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
