Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Assistant, located in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in the development of business strategies, and supporting customer service activities. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Expertise in Market Research and Analytical skills Customer Service experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Experience in the education or IT industry is a plus We are currently looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, who are comfortable with a salary range of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
