Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students or parents over calls, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions offered by our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries regarding our educational programs.
  • Understand customer requirements and present product features and benefits effectively.
  • Convert leads into sales by explaining course offerings, packages, and benefits.
  • Maintain daily call logs, track lead status, and update CRM with accurate information.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
  • Handle queries, objections, and concerns from potential customers professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales and ensure excellent customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer support; EdTech sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [English/Hindi/regional language].
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and telecommunication systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
