Job Title: Telecaller - Customer Engagement & Sales Company: Yogalates with Rashmi Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Offline/In-Office) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM About Yogalates with Rashmi: Yogalates with Rashmi is a dynamic and growing online yoga and wellness platform dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through comprehensive online yoga courses. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with our existing customers, gather valuable feedback on their yoga journey, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities to upsell our diverse range of online yoga courses and related products. This is an offline, in-office position, requiring dedication to customer satisfaction and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Feedback: Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to gather feedback on their experience with Yogalates with Rashmi's online courses. Understand customer progress, challenges, and successes in their yoga journey. Document all feedback accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system. Identify common themes and insights from customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvement. Follow-up & Support: Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement and continued progress. Provide basic guidance and support regarding course content, technical aspects (if applicable), and general inquiries. Escalate complex queries or technical issues to the relevant team members promptly. Upselling & Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other Yogalates with Rashmi courses, workshops, and wellness products based on customer needs and interests. Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our offerings. Address customer objections effectively and close sales successfully. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Database Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on call activity, feedback collected, and sales achieved. Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience (1-2 years) in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role, preferably in the online education, wellness, or health industry. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. Customer Centricity: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help and support individuals. Empathetic and patient approach when interacting with customers. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals. Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain a positive attitude. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software. Or will be taught on site. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Work Ethic: Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage time effectively. Reliable and punctual, committed to the in-office work schedule. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in Yoga/Wellness: A genuine interest in yoga, wellness, or health is a significant advantage, as it will help in understanding customer journeys and product offerings better.
