Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products, explain features, and persuade them to buy or schedule appointments.
Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer questions, concerns, complaints, and providing solutions.
Lead Generation & Management: Following up on leads and updating customer details in databases.
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately recording customer interactions, call outcomes, and updating CRM software.
Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals.

Skills:

Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and able to handle objections.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and resilience.
A high school diploma is often required, with relevant experience preferred.
