Tele Caller Executive

Cosmo Connect is an MSME growth and digital services company helping Indian businesses grow through e-commerce, social media, Google My Business, and digital sales solutions.

Job Role: Telecaller (Sales & Lead Generation)

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who can connect with MSME owners, generate leads, and close service sales for Cosmo Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to MSME owners and business decision-makers
• Explain Cosmo Connect services clearly and confidently
• Generate minimum 5–10 qualified leads daily
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls & WhatsApp
• Close deals or pass hot leads to senior sales team
• Maintain daily call and lead reports
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: ₹300 – ₹1,200 per successful closure
• Daily / Weekly Incentives for high performers
• Top performers earn ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month
