Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our offerings. Address customer objections effectively and close sales successfully. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Database Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on call activity, feedback collected, and sales achieved. Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience (1-2 years) in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role, preferably in the online education, wellness, or health industry. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability.
