SEO Specialist

Caliac Studios is a full-service digital agency focused on brand identity, web development, and digital marketing. We're hiring an SEO Specialist to help our clients, including Yogalateswithrashmi, achieve top search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. You'll be responsible for both on-site and off-site SEO, helping our clients expand their online presence.

Responsibilities

• On-Site SEO: Conduct comprehensive on-site audits to identify technical issues and optimization opportunities. Optimize website content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with our development and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all new and existing web pages. You'll also be responsible for keyword research and mapping.
• Off-Site SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies, including guest posting, influencer outreach, and content promotion. Analyze competitor backlink profiles and find new opportunities to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks. You'll also work on local SEO strategies, including Google My Business optimization, for clients with physical locations.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority. Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends. You'll need to be proactive in adapting strategies to maintain and improve search performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar SEO role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful on-site and off-site campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with major SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools. A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio are the most important qualifications.
