Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Noida. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing clients, providing product or service details, and addressing inquiries or concerns. The role also involves identifying customer needs, generating leads, maintaining client records, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will work closely with the sales and support teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in customer handling, resolving queries, and understanding client needs
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
• Effective time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Prior experience in sales or telecommunication would be an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
