About the Role:

Technology Head / Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Tech Stack Planning:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across projects with a strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Define and draft the overall

  technical architecture and tech stack

  for various digital solutions including LMS, KMS, AI-driven platforms, and enterprise portals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose their adoption to improve platform capabilities.

Technology Leadership:

• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and product development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive agile practices, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines across teams.

Platform Development (LMS / KMS / Portals):

• Architect and oversee the development of custom

  Learning Management Systems

  (LMS) and

  Knowledge Management Systems

  (KMS).
• Ensure integration with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways, content providers).
• Implement personalization, content management, gamification, and tracking features in LMS/KMS platforms.

Analytics & AI Integration:

• Lead the integration of

  AI/ML algorithms

  into platforms to enable adaptive learning, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and NLP capabilities.
• Define data architecture, reporting frameworks, and data pipelines to support real-time and advanced analytics.

Governance, Security & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to best practices for

  data security, privacy, and compliance

  (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
• Set up monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery processes for all platforms.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in

  architecting enterprise solutions

  involving LMS, KMS, or similar platforms.
• Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks such as:
• Backend:

  Node.js / Python / Java / .NET

• Frontend:

  React / Angular / Vue.js

• Database:

  PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL / Redis

• Cloud:

  AWS / Azure / GCP

• DevOps:

  Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform

• AI/ML:

  TensorFlow / PyTorch / NLP APIs / Generative AI models

• Analytics Tools:

  Power BI / Tableau / Custom Dashboards

Leadership & Management:

• 5+ years of experience in leading technology teams and working in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivery and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) or enterprise architecture (TOGAF) are a plus.
