Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Technology Expert
who can lead and manage BizVidya’s overall
tech architecture, system design, integrations, and scalability roadmap.
You’ll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the
platform, dashboards, data systems, and automation frameworks
, ensuring seamless integration across user layers — students, colleges, and MSMEs.This is an
equity-only, leadership-level opportunity
for someone who wants to shape the technological direction of an impact-driven startup at an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Architecture & Product Development:
- Design and oversee the end-to-end tech stack — from web/app interface to backend infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate functional requirements into scalable tech solutions.
- Platform Integration & Scalability:
- Develop and implement APIs, IoT integrations, and data synchronization across colleges and MSMEs.
- Build secure, efficient systems that can handle high-volume behavioral and operational data.
- Tech Innovation & Automation:
- Identify and deploy automation tools to streamline institutional analytics, student tracking, and MSME collaboration.
- Lead AI/ML and data-driven innovation to enhance product intelligence and personalization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with founders, data scientists, and operations teams to align product technology with business goals.
- Support technical documentation, compliance, and investor-readiness materials.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Guide and mentor full-stack developers, data scientists, and interns.
- Establish tech processes, sprint models, and deployment protocols for a scalable future team.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture, system design, and backend infrastructure (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue) and cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Experience in building or scaling EdTech or SaaS platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of data security, API management, and integration frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in early-stage environments and lead tech independently.
