We are looking for a User Assistance Developer into the CMH program. The C-User should have the following profile Preferably sourced from vendor who has worked with SAP Labs India. Preferably who has worked at SAP in the UAD role, so that we dont have to administer the test, and the ramp-up is fast EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES University degree in Technical Writing; alternatively, a language-based university degree for media and communication studies First-language proficiency in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills in English (and other languages will be an advantage). The ability to express extremely technical complex information in a clear and precise manner Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented work attitude and team-work spirit with intercultural awareness Working in a fast-paced environment EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Creating clearly structured multi-media user assistance content such as product documentation, graphics and videos Ensuring quality of the content through adhering to standards and guidelines Researching and defining technical and business terminology Working in a cross-functional team with developers and product owners, as well as other user assistance developers Show strong customer focus Interested in extending knowledge in related business processes Deliver superior results, by handling tasks with enthusiasm and personal commitment.
