Job Title: Content Moderator (Fresher)Job Summary

We are looking for Content Moderators (Freshers) to review, monitor, and manage user-generated content on digital platforms. The role involves ensuring that content follows company policies and community guidelines, helping create a safe and positive online environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review text, images, videos, and other content posted on the platform
• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines or policies
• Flag inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content for further review
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Report trends, issues, or repeated violations to supervisors

Eligibility / Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirement)
• Good written and reading skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
