Position Overview

Senior Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Technical Writing

• Develop

  high-quality, in-depth technical content

  including:
• Whitepapers, research reports, and thought-leadership articles
• Product documentation, technical manuals, and configuration guides
• Security advisories, threat reports, and vulnerability analysis papers
• Case studies, solution briefs, and business enablement assets
• Marketing collateral and executive-level messaging aligned to security industry trends
• Translate highly complex

  cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and methodologies

  (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, SOC operations, threat hunting, vulnerability management, incident response, etc.) into

  clear, structured, and compelling content

  tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that all content meets

  highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency

  , aligned with brand voice and security industry best practices.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement

• Partner with

  SMEs, security analysts, engineers, and product managers

  to capture technical insights and transform them into authoritative publications.
• Work closely with

  marketing, sales, and business development teams

  to develop

  strategic collateral

  that drives pipeline growth and strengthens market positioning.
• Engage with

  executive leadership, CISOs, and global partners

  to co-create content that communicates vision, innovation, and thought leadership.

Research & Industry Authority

• Continuously monitor

  global cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, APT groups, ransomware trends, regulatory changes, and evolving attack methodologies

  .
• Leverage research from

  Gartner, Forrester, ISACA, SANS, OWASP, and leading threat intelligence feeds

  to ensure content remains

  timely, competitive, and impactful

  .
• Contribute to

  editorial strategy and content governance frameworks

  for knowledge dissemination across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education

  : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technical Communication, or related field

  .
• Advanced certifications preferred:

  CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, SANS GIAC

  .

• Experience

  :

  7–12+ years

  of proven success in

  technical writing with a strong focus on cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or enterprise IT security products

  .
• Demonstrated experience in

  producing authoritative content

  for leading

  cybersecurity product companies, consulting firms, or intelligence-driven organizations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, identity & access management, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)

  .
• Proven ability to adapt writing for

  different audiences

  (C-suite, security engineers, auditors, and marketing stakeholders).
