Technical Training Manager

Role Overview: As a Technical Training Manager at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of facility management staff. Your role will involve collaborating with department heads and HR to identify training needs, develop technical training programs, and ensure their effectiveness in meeting organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement technical training programs for facility management staff. - Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and design programs accordingly. - Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules. - Coordinate training schedules and communicate training opportunities to clients. - Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in facility management or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs. - Strong understanding of engineering facility management principles and practices. - Familiarity with electromechanical equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships. - Experience with e-learning platforms and other training technologies. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training.
