Technical Training Manager

As a Technical Training Manager in Facility Management at Apollo Power Systems, your role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of facility management staff. You will collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs, develop technical training programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in facility management or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs. - Strong understanding of engineering facility management principles and practices. - Knowledge of electromechanical equipment and regulatory requirements related to training. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively, build effective relationships, and experience with e-learning platforms and other training technologies.
