Job Title: Technical Lead & Project Coordinator

Experience Required: 4+ Years (1+ Year in Technical Leadership)

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead & Project Coordinator to lead the development of our CRM, Project Management, and HR modules. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and coordination skills, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality code, and seamless collaboration between backend, frontend, and mobile teams.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead architecture design, code reviews, and best practices for:

Backend: Node.js with TypeScript

Frontend: React.js with TypeScript

Mobile: Flutter (iOS/Android) & Native Android

• Define and enforce coding standards, version control strategies (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges across the stack.
• Mentor developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and encourage innovation.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, sprint goals, and timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, UI/UX).
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

Technical Skill

• Strong expertise in Node.js with TypeScript (REST APIs, database integration).
• Hands-on experience with React.js (TypeScript) for scalable frontends.
• Exposure to Flutter and Native Android development.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases ( MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS),
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing frameworks.

Project Management Skills

• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into deliverable tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple modules simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Other Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 1+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Prior experience building CRM, Project Management, or HRMS applications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people-management skills.
