Role Description As a Technical Team Lead at Intuz , you'll play a vital role in developing impactful digital solutions. You'll lead a team of engineers, promote technical excellence, and ensure the timely delivery of projects with top-quality standards. This hands-on leadership position requires balancing technical expertise with team management, mentoring, and collaboration across functions. You'll oversee architecture choices, uphold best practices, and motivate your team to innovate in AI, web, cloud, and mobile fields. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across diverse fields such as AI, cloud, web, and mobile development. Make architectural choices that promote scalability, maintainability, and security. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical efforts support business goals. Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide quality deliverables. Stay informed about emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into projects. Serve as the main point of escalation for technical issues, guiding the team toward effective solutions. Promote a culture focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6–10 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong expertise in one or more areas: AI/ML, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), web (React/Next.js), or mobile (Flutter/React Native) . Proven track record of leading teams through successful project deliveries. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
