Role Description

Technical Team Lead at Intuz

hands-on leadership position

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across diverse fields such as AI, cloud, web, and mobile development.
Make architectural choices that promote scalability, maintainability, and security. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical efforts support business goals.
Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide quality deliverables. Stay informed about emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into projects.
Serve as the main point of escalation for technical issues, guiding the team toward effective solutions. Promote a culture focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in one or more areas:
AI/ML, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), web (React/Next.js), or mobile (Flutter/React Native)

Proven track record of leading teams through successful project deliveries.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about mentoring, talent development, and building future-ready teams.
