Position: Technical Support lead Exp: 5 - Years Relevant Exp: 4+ years Industry: IT, Fintech, BFSI Location: Pune Mode of Work: WFO Brief JD: Strong Exp in Oracle SQL & Linux Exp with payment gateways,UPI,Card,NB Transaction flow Working Exp of databases (SQL/Oracle), Strong in Linux commands Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira). **Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers. Schedule and delegate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. 2. Incident & Problem Management Oversee the timely resolution of critical incidents and technical issues. Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures. 3. System & Application SupportProvide L1/L2 support for core banking applications, online banking platforms/POS systems/Various Payment modes. Troubleshoot issues related to system integration, transaction failures, security controls, etc. 4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication 6. Change & Release Management,Production issues - eview and approve changes from a support perspective. 7. Ensure support readiness during BCP (Business Continuity Planning) activations.
