Technical Support Specialist

In this role as a Technical Support Specialist for ERP & Database, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely support to retailers using our ERP system. You will troubleshoot both functional and technical issues, ensuring smooth operations. Your understanding of MSSQL databases will be crucial as you establish, test, and troubleshoot database connections for our clients. A customer-first approach will be essential in delivering excellent support. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to retailers utilizing our ERP system. - Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues for timely resolution. - Establish and test database connections, including user credentials and network-related troubleshooting. - Diagnose and resolve MSSQL-related issues such as query failures, deadlocks, timeouts, and connectivity errors. - Log, track, and document issues in the ticketing system, escalating when necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams (development, product, and infrastructure) to ensure long-term fixes and product stability. - Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs for recurring issues. - Deliver outstanding customer support with clear communication and follow-up until issue closure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, ERP support, or database administration. - Strong working knowledge of MSSQL, including queries, indexes, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and logs. - Hands-on experience with database connectivity and network troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ERP or business applications support. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently during night shift hours.,
