Proficiency in at least one database management system (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), along with experience in multi-threaded programming and complex projects, will be crucial for success. Moreover, strong analytical and design skills, effective communication, and documentation capabilities are necessary for this role. Exposure to an onsite-offshore working model would be advantageous.
