• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST (USA Market Focus)
• Industry: Retail / Wholesale (International – USA)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence. You'll create content and run paid ad campaigns to engage both B2B and B2C audiences in the U.S. market, helping drive brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and post daily content (posts, stories, reels) with clear call-to-actions
• Run paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and optimize for conversions
• Use platform algorithms to improve reach and engagement
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries professionally
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with design and product teams for aligned campaigns
• Monitor U.S. retail/wholesale social trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook marketing
• Strong grasp of Meta algorithms and ad tools
• A portfolio of past social media work (required)
• Excellent English communication (written & visual)
• Understanding of U.S. audience behavior

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with U.S. clients or international campaigns
• Canva, Adobe, or other design/video editing tools
• Knowledge of email marketing or SEO is a bonus
