Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Engineer in the Smart Home Automation Industry, your role will involve installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of automation devices such as IoT, networking, lighting, and security systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strong wiring knowledge with an understanding of phase/neutral connections - R&D exposure - Service & problem-solving experience in electronic/automation products - Field work experience including home and site visits To be eligible for this position, you must have a B.E. in Electronics as a mandatory requirement. Your qualification should ideally be in Electronics/Electrical/IT, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field. The age bracket for this role is between 23 to 34 years. In this role, you will also provide on-site technical support to clients, coordinate with R&D and sales teams for escalations, and maintain technical documentation and service reports. The compensation and benefits package for this position include a salary ranging from 19,000 to 23,000 per month based on experience, conveyance provided by the company, and coverage under an accident insurance policy.
