Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at IZI, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to technical and electronic issues through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, logging customer interactions accurately, and escalating complex issues to senior support or engineering teams. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Communication in both Hindi and English will be key to effectively assisting customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries related to technical and electronic issues through phone, email, or chat. - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and guide customers step-by-step through solutions. - Log all customer interactions and support issues in the system accurately. - Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering teams with detailed documentation. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and new releases. - Work closely with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback from the field. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. - Communicate clearly and effectively in Hindi and English, depending on customer preference. Required Qualifications & Skills: - B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles. - Strong understanding of electronic hardware and system-level troubleshooting. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English both written and verbal. - Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner to non-technical users. - Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and CRM platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and patience.
