Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist for Private Cloud Infrastructure, your main responsibility will be managing VMware or Nutanix setup and Nutanix Hyper converge setup. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of VMware, storage management including Storage Protocol management such as EMC VMX Netapp, and Linux operating system. Additionally, knowledge of Zimbra, QMail, Postfix Messaging, and Open Source Operating systems will be advantageous. Your role will involve supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Logix hosting platform, network, IP traffic, and servers. Infrastructure sizing for customer requirements and providing support for hosted messaging servers will also be part of your responsibilities. Networking knowledge and server level hardware implementation skills for private cloud infrastructure are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Manage VMware or Nutanix setup - Setup Nutanix Hyper converge - Understand and manage VMware - Handle Storage Protocol management like EMC VMX Netapp - Possess good understanding of Linux - Support, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Logix hosting platform, network, IP traffic, and servers - Perform Infrastructure sizing for customer requirements - Provide support for hosted shared messaging or hosted dedicated messaging servers - Utilize networking knowledge effectively - Implement and manage server level hardware for private cloud infrastructure - Demonstrate sound knowledge of Linux operating system Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification of Any Graduate/Post Graduate - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Certification in VMware or Nutanix - Proficiency in Linux administration (Redhat, Centos) - Knowledge of core internet protocols such as SMTP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS - Familiarity with Apache, Zimbra, Qmail, MySQL, Postfix - Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (in shifts),
