We are looking for a Software Support Engineer who has good knowledge of database to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers or company's employees. In this role you will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best, and challenges you to engineer elegant solutions for complex business problems. You will actively participate in on-going new feature/architecture designs and product enhancements.
· Administers technical assistance to customers or a company's employees.
· Develop database scripts to support application development.
· Provide database solutions based on technical documents and business requirements.
· Ensure data integrity and quality in database systems.
· Prepare documentations regarding database design, configuration and change management tasks.
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
· Ensure all issues are properly logged.
· Conduct software product training sessions for customers, both remotely and on-site, to enhance their understanding and usage of our software products effectively.
