Job Description

We, at CeX WeBuy Entertainment Private Limited, are looking for Mid-level Support Engineer(L2) at 

our Lower Parel, Mumbai office. 

Founded in 1992, CeX is a leading UK based retail chain having operations in multiple territories 

across the globe with a strong foothold in the domain for over 2 decades. Serving customers 

through more than 600+ stores in the UK, Spain, Ireland, Australia, Portugal, Netherlands, Poland, 

Mexico, India and Italy with a manpower strength of over 5000+ employees. We buy, sell and 

exchange games, gadgets, mobile phones, computing and electronic products, providing a unique 

two way service.  

We also have sister brands dealing in second hand luxury designer goods and kids stuff.

Responsibilities include:-

● Provide telephone, email, remote and on-site technical support to CeX staff & colleague 

● Ensure emails/tickets are being handled/acknowledged in a timely manner in the Support 

team 

● Administration of Microsoft Windows, Anti-Virus, Servers, Networks and more 

● Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues 

● Document troubleshooting procedures 

● Assist in any other general tasks that may arise 

● Implement fixes/workarounds 

● Good understanding of Servers, Database, Active Directory, AWS / Google Cloud Platform 

● Escalate cases to the relevant department when required 

● Monitoring queue of escalated incidents 

● Willing to work on call/overtime when required 

● Conducting training as required/requested 

● Maintain smooth running of shops from an IT standpoint 

● Ensures to provide Quality service to the end user and maintain quality standards for the IT 

Services provided 

● Make continual improvements to procedures and documentation 

● Attend and participate in all departmental meetings/training initiatives 

● Keeping up to date with the latest technologies 

Required skills:

● Good Verbal/Written English Communication 

● Reliable, Confident and Self-starter 

● Resilient and able to face and resolve conflicts 

● Experience in Supporting Overseas Customers 

● Knowledge of TCP/IP and ADSL/SDSL Technologies 

● Windows Server 2008/2012 Experience 

● Knowledge of Enterprise Level Anti-Virus Products 

● Active Directory Administration 

● Basic Networking Skills 

● Basic Linux Skills 

● Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred (not essential) skills:

● MySQL Administration Experience 

● Mac OS X Experience 

● Nagios Experience
