About the Job – Work as an IAM expert and front ends the team in stakeholder meetings and technical discussions Job Title – Technical Specialist - IAM Location : Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad / Noida / Bangalore Educational Background – Any specific education background we are looking for Key Responsibilities – Work as an IAM expert and front ends the team in stakeholder meetings and technical discussions Provide technical architecture, design, and delivery of IAM implementation Own the functional and technical requirements and designs for IAM Implementation Create all the required documents (SRS, HLD, runbook etc.) Manage, provide, and support requirements, architecture, and deployments Lead the deployment of Identity related solutions Collaborate with peer groups to help them take full advantage of the latest IAM capabilities and integrations Working with internal stakeholders across numerous technical functions and gather requirements and use cases Responsible for complex program design, testing, debugging and documentation Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into the program design and delivered solution Provide escalated administrative support for IAM systems as needed On board privileged accounts into PAM Vault Onboard applications, HRMS into IAM Solutions Work with audit and IT teams to ensure SOX compliance Mandatory Skill Relevant IAM experience Designing identity lifecycle workflows Application onboarding Strong leadership skills to lead IAM Solution implementation Experience in interviewing stakeholders to understand requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of writing required documents (SRS, HLD, LLD etc.) Good understanding of industry specific compliance requirements and implementation of the same in SailPoint, Azure AD and OKTA Directory integrations, Delegated authentication User mapping and User mastering; attribute level mastering Service Provider integration (including OIDC, SAML, OAuth etc.) 5+ years of experience with SailPoint, Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory 3+ years of experience with password vault configuration and account management 3+ years of experience with identity governance solution configuration and deployment 3+ years of experience with single sign on solutions 3+ years of experience with PKI / certificate management Extensive experience with the design and configuration of 3rd party security solution integration Excellent understanding of NIST, CMMI/CMMC and Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Architectures. Proven experience leading troubleshooting and solving issues related to access, authentication/authorization, MFA, PKI, privilege vault and password managers. Proven track record of successful SaaS implementations and support of those applications. Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate actions. Thorough, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant industry training and/or certification preferred Tools And Capabilities Amazon IAM, KMS Microsoft Azure, OKTA, SailPoint OneLogin, other leading IAM solutions O365 Passwordless Federation , Single Sign On and SoD Password Vault / Secrets Management Privilege Access Multi-factor authentication Show more Show less
