Role Description

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems. You will work on technical site assessments, system design, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical site assessments, solar energy system installation, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and photovoltaic (PV) technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualifications
• Experience with CAD software and solar system design tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in solar energy or renewable energy projects is a plus
