Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  end-to-end architecture design

• Act as a

  trusted technical advisor

  to business leaders, product teams, and enterprise stakeholders.

• Design and deploy

  AI/ML solutions

  GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML

  , and custom ML models.
• Drive intelligent use cases such as

  predictive analytics, personalization, automation, sentiment analysis, and customer experience optimization

• Ensure model scalability, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

--> Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Architect and implement

  highly available, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on GCP

• Lead

  cloud modernization and migration programs

  , ensuring performance optimization and cost efficiency.
• Define best practices for

  cloud security, observability, scalability, and reliability

• Provide architectural oversight for

  Full Stack applications

  Contact Center (CCaaS)

  platforms, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences.
• Integrate enterprise systems including CRM, analytics platforms, and customer engagement tools.

• Mentor and guide engineering, data, and platform teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution validations, and technical risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

9+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in software development & solution architecture.

3+ years hands-on experience with 𝐆𝐂𝐏 (𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐲, 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐞𝐭𝐜.).

Proven expertise in:

• AI/ML platforms

  (Vertex AI, AutoML, BigQuery ML)

• Cloud-native architectures & microservices

• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE)

CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation

Contact Center (CCaaS) technologies
