• Role requires PAN India travel for approximately 7-10 days per month.

• Candidate must have experience in Flat Steel (MS/CR), GP/GC Sheets, Colour Coated Products.

  • Preferred background: o Worked with OEMs such as Tata Bluescope, JSW, Apollo, etc., or with their authorized distributors.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. 3-4 years of experience in flat steel sales, including MS/CR, GP/GC, and coated steel products.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related technical/commercial discipline.
  3. Post-graduate qualification preferred; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations will be an added advantage.
  4. Experience working with OEM clients, project companies, or authorized distributors.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Solid technical knowledge of steel products, grades, specifications, and applications across industries will be a plus point.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain high-value relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of adaptability and readiness to travel across assigned regions to support sales objective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales of flat steel products including MS/CR Sheets, GP/GC Sheets, and Color Coated Products.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing institutional client accounts.
  • Generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensure seamless end-to-end deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement, high service standards, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure aligned communication, timely resolutions, and smooth execution.
  • Leverage internal collaboration and external networks to support client acquisition, retention, and business growth.
  • Drive sales across institutional, project-based, and corporate segments by providing strategic, solution-driven offerings tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with current clients and continuously identify new prospects to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver acquisition and revenue goals by focusing on sustained client engagement and strategic account development.
