Technical Sales Manager

Role Overview: Sapcon Steels Private Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their Business Growth (Outside Sales) department. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of flat steel products such as MS/CR Sheets, GP/GC Sheets, and Color-Coated Products. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing institutional client accounts. - Generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensure seamless end-to-end deal closures. - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement, high service standards, and a deep understanding of client needs. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure aligned communication, timely resolutions, and smooth execution. - Leverage internal collaboration and external networks to support client acquisition, retention, and business growth. - Drive sales across institutional, project-based, and corporate segments by providing strategic, solution-driven offerings tailored to client requirements. - Conduct timely follow-ups with current clients and continuously identify new prospects to strengthen the sales pipeline. - Deliver acquisition and revenue goals by focusing on sustained client engagement and strategic account development. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in flat steel sales, including MS/CR, GP/GC, and coated steel products. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related technical/commercial discipline. - Post-graduate qualification preferred; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations will be an added advantage. - Experience working with OEM clients, project companies, or authorized distributors.
