Actively work with customers from Academia, laboratories, hospitals, molecular diagnostic labs, forensic labs, agriculture institutes, veterinary customers, Pharma/Biopharma customers etc. Accountable for the business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives and revenue forecasts. Meet & exceed sales targets and develop tactical plans to maximize business/revenues. Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references. Increase number of strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders. Experience of at-least 5-7 years with the proven successful sales track record predominantly in the Life Science domain. Good market knowledge in focus area (sales territory, instrumentation business, Life Science market, Diagnostics market, or specialist area). Managing of sales team and territory through sales activities, focused planning and timely execution. Proven experience in handling and managing instruments sales like NGS, Microarray, Realtime and automation solutions will be preferred.
