Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring satisfaction through the delivery of tailored solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts, collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery, preparing and presenting detailed proposals, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager will also monitor market developments to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and customer support skills to build and maintain lasting partnerships
  • Sales acumen, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the life sciences domain, particularly in Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, Cell Biology, and related fields
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Proven experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the life sciences or biotech industry
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; MBA is a plus
