Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ambala. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining a strong customer base, and developing strategies to meet sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account activities, addressing client needs, fostering strong collaborations, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth and working closely with various teams to deliver tailored solutions in line with ESAW's innovative product offerings. Qualifications Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills Sales strategy, lead generation, and target-driven approach Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of scientific or laboratory equipment and instruments is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Ambala and adapt to a fast-paced environment
