Technical Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fresher / Experienced Industry: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer (Fresher or Experienced ) to join our team in the HVAC industry. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about technical sales, customer engagement, and the HVAC sector. The selected candidate will support the sales cycle by providing product knowledge, technical insights, and client solutions, while learning from experienced professionals in the field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers for HVAC systems and solutions Support in conducting site surveys and understanding customer requirements Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation Coordinate with design, service, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions Participate in technical presentations and client meetings to promote HVAC offerings Keep updated on HVAC product trends, energy efficiency standards, and competitor activities Maintain accurate sales records and assist in CRM data management Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Freshers or up to 2 years of internship/project experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or sales Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and functioning Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel and conduct field visits What We Offer: Comprehensive training on HVAC products and solutions Mentorship and hands-on experience with industry experts Career advancement in technical sales and business development
