Technical Sales Engineer

We are hiring for the position of Area Sales Engineer – Coding, Marking & Automation Solutions
Location: Delhi, Chandigarh,Ludhiana, Lucknow , Jaipur ,Gujrat, Ahmedabad, Badodra, Surat , MP

Salary: Upto 70k per month + Incentives as per the target and performances.

Immediate to 30 days notice is acceptable.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with 2–6 years of experience in industrial sales. The role involves selling BT Print’s solutions, including CIJ/TIJ Printers, Laser Marking Machines, and AI Inspection Systems, to manufacturers across industries like food, pharma, beverages, dairy, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and site visits.
• Manage existing customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with service engineers for installation & after-sales support.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery/automation.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
• Target-driven with problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred).
• 2–6 years of sales experience in industrial machinery, automation, or packaging solutions.
• Experience in coding & marking/packaging equipment is a strong advantage.
