We're seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in INDIA. If you have a Bachelor's or Diploma degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BMS/AUTOMATION Sales & Estimation, we want to hear from you! Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the BMS/AUTOMATION industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Provide technical expertise and customized solutions to meet client needs. Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate solutions. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Sales Action Plan to meet sales target. Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and sectors and provide this information on a regular basis to the management team. Serve as the primary customer contact for technical, commercial, and business issues for those accounts and sectors assigned. Work with Presales & Projects Managers on all technical issues. Be able to personally conduct a basic presentation/demonstration (hardware and software) solution. Prepare financial analysis (Project Projections, Pipeline, and/or Revenue & Cashflow Plan) of projects. Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve pre-set financial targets. Opening new accounts Update the task list to incorporate all sent quotation and their respective statuses. Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients. 2 to 3 years’ experience in the BMS/AUTOMATION field. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent command of the English Language. Driving License Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: BMS/Automation Sales: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
