Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to travel across regions, engage directly with customers, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders. As a Solution Sales Engineer, you will represent our solutions in face-to-face and virtual meetings, showcasing how they address customer needs and create value. Beyond developing strong networks in the industrial ecosystem, you'll gain exposure to diverse markets and cutting-edge technologies, positioning yourself at the intersection of business and innovation. You will also work closely with our pre-sales and sales teams to support proposal preparation and ensure seamless customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture potential leads and opportunities in the digitalization/ automation system integration space in the assigned territories.
  • Forge strong and lasting relationships with key customers, including End Users, Partners, and EPCs, ensuring effective communication with key decision-makers and fostering efficient marketing communications.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for each opportunity, showcasing our solution's value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed regular sales targets, continuously improving the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the backend support team to tailor the right solution proposals to each customer's unique needs.
  • Lead engaging virtual and face-to-face meetings with potential customers, actively listening to understand their requirements and pain points effectively.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date sales data, updating all relevant information in our ERP system.
  • Work in tandem with the sales lead to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Solution Sales/ IIoT Solution Sales.
  • Knowledge Industrial Automation Solution- PLC, DCS, SCADA Systems & Field Instrumentation
  • Your strong desire to excel in the sales domain will drive your success in this role.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating our solution's value.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
