Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to represent three verticals of the John Galt Group:

  • Zinga – Cold galvanizing coatings (dealer/distributor network, end-user education).
  • TorcUP – Hydraulic torque wrenches & bolting solutions (technical demonstrations, maintenance & shutdown projects).
  • JGI Process Equipment – Custom-built tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, skids (EPC/vendor registrations, large-ticket project sales).

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, passion for sales, and the ability to multitask across short-cycle and long-cycle products.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across oil & gas, power, EPC, defence, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Approach EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, and end-users to promote Zinga, TorcUP, and JGI process equipment.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an active sales funnel for all three product lines.

Client Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits (especially for TorcUP and Zinga).
  • Drive dealer/stockist appointments for Zinga in assigned territories.
  • Support vendor registrations and tender submissions for JGI Process Equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts under management guidance.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with EPC procurement teams, maintenance heads, and contractors.
  • Lead after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for delivery, QA, and technical documentation.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain weekly sales reports and CRM updates (by vertical).
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure alignment on specifications and client requirements.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (coatings, tools, EPC/vendor sales preferred).
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi (Russian/other languages a plus).
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, tenders, and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple product lines.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary (as per industry norms for 2–5 yrs exp).
  • Performance incentives linked to Zinga volumes, TorcUP closures, and JGI pipeline milestones.
  • Growth path: Opportunity to lead a vertical once business scales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,863.16 - ₹47,257.21 per month
